PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) to process your order. Once processed, all US orders will be delivered in three to four days. International orders may take up to two weeks.

Orders can be tracked with the link provided in the email confirmation we send when your order ships.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We accept: Credit Card including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, PayPal.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Returns will be accepted only for items damaged during transit. If you happened to receive a damaged product, we will gladly accept your return if received within 30 days from the original purchase date. In this instance, please send us a photo of the damaged product and we will send you a replacement. Refunds and exchanges are not possible unless the product is damaged in transit.

TARIFFS / DUTIES

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs, taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
